We ship within 2 business
days of payment clearing our account. We will do everything
we can to ensure quick and secure delivery. All our items are
sent with insurance to cover you against items being lost, stolen
or damaged in transit. If problems do arise please contact us
and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
- Items are sent Monday-Friday via
Courier
- Expect up to 7 days for delivery depending on
location. Orders to most capital cities are often delivered
within 3-5 days
- Items shipped by courier must be signed
for, please
make sure there is somebody available between 9-5pm Mon-Fri to sign
for your package
- Local pickup is available once transaction
and payment is completed (between the hours of 9-5pm Mon-Fri by
prior arrangement only)
- The shipping times indicated are an
approximation. In some instances you will receive your
item(s) earlier or later than the times indicated. This is
simply the nature of shipping and is outside of our
control.

We only sell authentic
Australian delivered merchandise from the world’s leading brands.
All items we sell are brand new in the box and come with a complete
manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported
within 7 days of being received. Once your DOA item has been
evaluated a replacement will be issued.
- Items with manufacturer defects must be
reported within the warranty period. We will attempt to repair the
item and have it shipped back to you ASAP. In the event the
defective item cannot be repaired or replaced, a store credit will
be issued.
- Any merchandise must be returned to Subwoofer
World with all contents and original packaging, accompanied with
the original invoice. Items returned that are incomplete will be
refused and returned to you.
- Returned items with signs of physical damage,
misuse, unauthorized repair, tampering or no fault found will be
refused warranty service and returned to the sender at the senders
expense.
- Shipping of repairs or DOA items back to
Subwoofer World is the purchasers responsibility. For your own
protection we recommend items are very well packaged, insured and
able to be traced.
- Where a unit is found to be DOA or has a
manufacturers fault covered under warranty Subwoofer World will pay
for return shipping back to the purchaser
- Any items returned to Subwoofer World that
are refused warranty due to accidental damage or misuse etc will be
shipped back to the purchaser at their
expense
- We highly recommend you have equipment
professionally installed, damage due to faulty installation is not
covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

- We are not liable nor responsible for
addresses entered incorrectly or if you do not inform us of any
address changes.
- The buyer takes all responsibility for
product compatibility.
